We like to work closely with your architect and other consultants. 

We’re particularly proficient at suggesting cost savings for clients, whether suggesting different construction methods, recommending alternative materials or suggesting improvements to phasing. It’s all about collaboration at the design stage to reduce costs and hassles without compromising on quality.

PLANNING
Once you’ve achieved your permissions, the planning starts. Whatever your development, we know what’s needed for a project to be a success. Your plan needs a clearly defined method and sequence of works that everyone can easily monitor. To help, we provide a detailed yet simple-to-use and easy-to-follow construction programme that can be shared with everyone involved.

CONSTRUCTION
After planning, getting your project on to site is what ATTAIN Construction is all about.

As well as our own skilled experts, we bring in specialist subcontractors as needed, each one we’ve known and worked with over several years. By bringing them in early in the build, we can tap into their innovative approaches and buildability advice and create a quality, proven supply chain.

CUSTOMER CARE
At ATTAIN Construction Ltd, we keep our clients up to date with the work in progress at all times so that you’re informed, comfortable and as relaxed as possible throughout the process.

Once the building, development or facility is finished and handed over, we maintain contact. You can expect a responsive after-care service that will exceed expectations and and ensure you are satisfied with the results of your build.
